How to set up callback automation for Facebook Lead Ads with LiveCall?
Firstly, on Facebook you will need to have full access to the page, ads and leads. Once you make sure you have that, you can integrate from the LiveCall panel in a few simple steps.
Go into the LiveCall panel and open “Targeting”.
In the section “People who…” click on the option “Fill a Lead ad on Facebook”.
Then click “Log in with Facebook” to connect your Facebook page with LiveCall.
You will be redirected to a link in a new window:
Log in and grant the necessary permissions.
You may also filter your ads by form ID or ad ID if you want to use the callback in some campaigns only.
