  • Engaging potential customers and making them interested in LiveCall solutions. All in English.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with LiveCall founding team to define annual, quarterly and monthly objectives and key results (find more about the methodology here: OKRs), to ensure alignment within the team on what you would like to achieve
  • Define and implement an overall vision and road-map for LiveCall products, which provides a high level of what you expect to build to achieve your OKRs
  • Drive consensus on prioritization of features and other development, through a strong focus on objectives and metrics
  • Smooth the work of engineering colleagues by making requirements and metrics clear, though a mixture of rough mockups, answering questions, and whatever else it takes to ensure clarity
  • Partner with the CTO to ensure new functionality is built

Who you are:

  • You have acute analytical skills and ability to find solutions to complex problems
  • 0 to 10 years’ experience as a Product Manager at a tech company
  • You are familiar with Agile/Scrum practices and how to become self-organized
  • Excellent and clear communicator, when writing or speaking

  • You are someone with demonstrable writing skills and can show examples of work e.g. articles, blogs etc.
  • Excellent written English (and spelling)
  • You need to have a flexible and ‘can-do’ attitude, interested to work in an exciting and growing team
  • You must have a good grasp of IT concepts and you need to be able to explain technical concepts clearly and simply
  • You will also need strong time-management skills, enabling you to keep to deadlines and producing content on a regular basis

  • Some sales experience (ideally in IT or SaaS background)
  • Excellent command of English language – you will mainly communicate with clients outside of Poland
  • Very good organizational skills, decision making with quick execution
  • You will be expected to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Transparency and honesty – we do not sell credit cards but build a long-lasting transparent relationship with our users
  • Good understanding of technology products or have a strong desire to dive into it

Customer Success Advisor (Warsaw) - ukryte

If you consider yourself as a people person and you like to help others to be more successful – you’re in the right place. LiveCall, a fast growing software startup, is currently looking for a Specialist to the Customer Success Department.

 

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing the best, friendly and customer-oriented support to LiveCall customers and potential customers,
  • Responding to LiveCall’s customer requests via live chat, e-mail and telephone between 9AM and 5PM (Mo-Fri)
  • Conducting a basic product trainings (demos) for new customers,
  • Help in maintaining and developing a knowledge base about the software (https://livecall.crisp.help),
  • pro-active outreach to new customers to help them gain as much value from LiveCall as possible,
  • creating procedures, KPIs for Customer Support Department and reporting on them.

     

We expect from you:

  • openness and good interpersonal skills
  • advanced English skills, both written and spoken,
  • ease of learning new programs and internet tools.

     

Any of the following would be considered as an advantage:

  • experience in working in customers service (work in a restaurant or a department store is also ok),
